Please read carefully before using this program. By using this program, you indicate your agreement to these terms of use. If you are not agreeable to these terms of use, please do not participate

  1. The Valentine's Day - 2gether campaign is a friendly programme ("Program") launched by Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) on the occasion of Valentine's Day celebrations.
  2. The Program is valid for a period of 7 days, from 8th February, 2010 to 14th February 2010.
  3. The participants can participate in the Program either through the internet or SMS.
  4. To participate through the internet:
    1. The participant can first become a member of the Tata DOCOMO community either on Facebook, Twitter or Orkut.
    2. The participant has to create an account on 'together.tatadocomo.com/2gether-in-love.aspx'
    3. After successfully creating an account, the participant can then enter the name and email ID of the person who he wishes to message and a mail will be sent to the person email ID.
  5. To participate through SMS:
    1. The participant has to ensure that the person he is messaging is a Tata DOCOMO subscriber.
    2. It is not necessary that the participant himself be a Tata DOCOMO subscriber but it is necessary that the recipient of the SMS is a Tata DOCOMO subscriber
    3. The participant can send the SMS after successfully creating an account on 'together.tatadocomo.com/2gether-in-love.aspx'
    4. The participant can only send the SMS from the '2gether in Love' website and not from his mobile handset.
  6. The participant may choose to play on both the internet and SMS platform.
  7. While replying to an SMS/guessing the name of the admirer, reply to '52278'.
  8. The participant participating through SMS platform understands that his message can be considered as valid entry by TTSL, only if the recipient for whom the message is intended is a Tata DOCOMO subscriber. .
  9. The sender understands that the entries will not be forwarded by TTSL to the recipients who are registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.
  10. The message can be addressed only to one recipient, per entry in the case of both the Internet and SMS platform.
  11. The entries submitted by the participants are then forwarded to the concerned recipients by TTSL without disclosing the identity of the sender, requiring the recipients at their discretion if they intend to participate in the Program, to guess the senders name.
  12. The recipient can guess the senders name by replying to the entry forwarded to him by TTSL, by guessing names of one or more individuals. However he must guess only one name at a time in each of his replies via SMS/email. The replies need to be in the specified format discussed above or else there will be no revert on his guess.
  13. If the name guessed by the recipient matches with the name of the sender, then TTSL shall send message to both of them on the same platform, by which the entry was sent and introduce them by such a message.
  14. If the name guessed by the recipient is wrong, then subject to recipient's intention to continue participation, TTSL can redirect the entry of the recipient to the person whom the recipient believes to have admired him, without disclosing the identity of the recipient.
  15. If the person to whom such entry is forwarded makes a correct guess, then TTSL shall send message to both the original recipient who had guessed wrong and the person to whom the entry was redirected on the same platform, by which the entry was sent and introduce them by such message.
  16. There is no entry fee for participating in the Program, except the regular SMS charges for sending entries on SMS platform. TTSL does not offer any form of payment, actual or implied or any assured prize to the participants for participation in the Program.
  17. The participants may choose to participate for any number of days during the period of Program and there is no requirement to participate on all days of the Program.
  18. TTSL disclaims all liability arising out of the messages being forwarded to the recipients.
  19. Any disputes with respect to the Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Delhi only.
  20. The participants are not permitted to submit entry on behalf of any other individual or entity.
  21. TTSL reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the Program at any point of time at its sole discretion by intimation on Tata DOCOMO website.
  22. TTSL is not responsible for user not being able understand the brief or for his interpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

    3. Bandwidth problem of the mailbox / server or the host

    5. Any other reason, technical or otherwise, beyond the control of TTSL
  24. The participants shall not use this Tata DOCOMO website to send messages to mailing lists to which you do not have full rights
  25. TTSL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Program in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, through the Tata DOCOMO website.
